Moisture Channels on Panel+

The Panel+ foam panel system provides cross-drainage channels to achieve protection against moisture. Carved channels on the back of our patented foam panels work in conjunction with the vertical drainage pathway created by the installation adhesive to channel facilitate the evacuation of liquid moisture out of the wall assembly while also providing ventilation to allow effective drying of the drainage plane. The This complete approach of using a combination of the Air + Water Barrier, Barrier tape, Adhesive, and Panel+ foam panels keeps water out of the wall system, provides an air barrier protection, continuous insulation, and even allows moisture vapor to escape and dry the cavity.
