Old Mill Brick Brickwebb Single Thin Bricks - Flats are made from the highest quality geniune kiln fired clay brick. Single Thin Bricks is designed for quick and easy do-it-yourself installation. Simply apply adhesive to the back of each thin brick and apply to virtually any surface. Single Thin Bricks are perfect for unique designs and custom spaces. Single Thin Bricks can be used by themselves or in conjunction with Brickwebb or BrickPanel+ systems. Brickwebb features thin bricks already fastened on durable fiberglass web sheeting for consistent brick spacing. This patended web sheeting allows for easy installation, perfect spacing, and enhaced durability ensuring your bricks will stay in place longer than the competition. BrickPanel+ features durable foam panels featuring continuous insulation, moisture channeling and grooved thin brick channels that can used for a variety of exterior applications.

Step 1. Apply Old Mill Adhesive or modified thin set (indoor and outdoor) to back of Thin Brick Single or Thin Brick Corner using 3/8" x 1/4" notch trowel.

Step 2. If your space includes corners, apply Thin Brick Corners. Press Firmly.

Step 3. Apply Thin Brick Singles. Press Firmly. Thin Brick Singles can be used with Brickwebb and Brickpanel+ systems.

Step 4. Apply Type-S mortar mix using grout bag and finish with brick jointer; or apply sanded tile grout. We recommend the use of grout release when using sanded tile grout for easier clean-up and a more desirable finished look.

Old Mill Brick products are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects and when used on a structure that conforms to local building codes and when installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Old Mill Brick will provide, free of charge, new materials to replace any determined to be defective. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner.

This replacement warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
Improper building practices or non-compliance with applicable building codes
Settling of the building or other wall movement or subsidence
Use of brick for below grade, sidewalks, paving for foot and vehicular traffic, mailboxes, soil dams or certain other limiting conditions
Collision, vandalism, war, civil unrest or other accidental or intentional events or other causes beyond manufacturer's control
Incorrect use of mortar or grouting methods
Contact with chemicals, paints or other coatings whether intended or untended
Discoloration due to airborne contaminants
Staining or oxidation.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in Old Mill Brick products.
Old Mill Brick, LLC. is not responsible for labor costs incurred in removal and replacement of defective products.
